Patient Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients have an exceptional experience at Cenegenics. This position is responsible for providing clinical and business office support to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to patients, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist with clinical tasks, such as preparing patient charts, ordering lab tests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support business office functions, including managing patient accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs).
