Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and various departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to support group clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Gather essential information from group contacts regarding their meetings and events.
  • Prepare and review banquet event orders and resumes at least ten days prior to group arrival during weekly staff meetings.
  • Coordinate with Food and Beverage managers regarding all banquet-related functions and relay client requests to appropriate teams.
  • Oversee all facets of assigned events, including food and beverage needs, event timing, audio-visual requirements, guest accommodations, and transportation logistics.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure venue readiness.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of banquet menus and the capabilities of our facilities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of banquet and catering operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with outstanding guest relations skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
