- Follow safety regulations and protocols while handling shoring equipment.
- Educate customers on proper usage, safety measures, and guidelines for shoring systems.
- Carry out safety assessments at job sites to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Organize and manage an inventory of shoring equipment, ensuring all items are labeled and stored correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement for replenishment.
- Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations for customers on the proper handling and maintenance of shoring equipment.
- Create instructional materials, manuals, and guides for customer reference.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, new equipment, and best practices in shoring systems.
QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or vocational training in construction or a related field is preferred.
Compensation OverviewThe hourly wage ranges from $21 to $25.
