Job Opportunity

Coast Buick GMC is seeking a skilled Service Business Development Consultant to drive business growth and expand our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Develop strategies to expand our service offerings and drive business growth
  • Utilize CRM and Service Appointment Scheduler to manage customer interactions and appointments

Requirements:

  • Outbound phone experience and strong communication skills
  • Automotive service or sales experience a plus
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong computer skills and valid driver's license
