Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Manager to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in executing contracts, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record sold projects into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and provide a forecast for project implementation, coordinating with the customer for accurate timelines.
  • Assist in sourcing materials to ensure product availability, optimizing financial and material resources. Submit purchase requests to the purchasing team via ERP.
  • Support customer bookings to align with client needs while optimizing internal resources. Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure proper invoicing and resource reallocation where applicable.
  • Manage the expiration dates of ancillary supplies and related invoicing in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Coordinate with the preparation team to ensure materials are correctly set up, complete, and ready for timely delivery per customer requirements.
  • Track and assist with daily shipments, balancing customer requirements with team workload.
  • Assist with device calibration processes, coordinating with customers and organizing calibration schedules.
  • Oversee the management of product returns, working closely with the logistics team.
  • Report any incidents or customer complaints to the Sales Administrator Manager or Customer Care Director.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide operational updates regarding project progress.
  • Liaise with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues.
  • Foster positive customer relationships under the supervision of the Sales Administrator.
  • Daily customer management and interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with regional units, sales, logistics, technical support, and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another foreign language is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business or technical role. Medical sector experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SAP

Pay Details:

$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
