Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service, ensuring that every meal is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu to make recommendations.
  • Deliver food in a timely manner, ensuring that every meal is hot and fresh.
  • Collect payment from residents and guests, handling cash and credit transactions with professionalism.
  • Enter orders into our POS system, ensuring seamless communication with our kitchen team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with food preparation and setup as needed, working collaboratively with our kitchen team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
