Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables or venue bowling lanes rapidly and accurately.
  • Act as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Exhibit excellence in your work by maintaining a working knowledge of all food menus, including carryout and catering menus.
  • Ensure that guests have everything they need on their tables after delivery of food.
  • Load trays with accessories, such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments, and examine trays to ensure they contain required items.
  • Remove trays and stack dishes for return to the kitchen after meals are finished.
  • Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, or straws, and communicate effectively and courteously with guests and co-workers.
  • Assist servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates, and promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
  • Wash glassware as necessary, make coffee as needed, and aid in moving and installing kegs of beer.
  • Answer questions from customers and refill drinks as needed, and communicate customer concerns and complaints to the manager on duty.
Requirements
  • Able to understand and follow directions.
  • Can understand and meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.
  • Courage to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show spirit when working effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
  • Own it by being detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Ability to move at least 40 pounds.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
