We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:- Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to residents.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure residents are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
- Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary.
- Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen team.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Practice safe food handling skills and adhere to department of health regulations.
- Perform dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and safety.
- Assist with food preparation and setup as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, or senior living preferred.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion.
