Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the sales managers, marketing directors, production department, and administrative staff of the branch office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Lead and direct the sales managers, marketing directors, production department, and administrative staff of the branch office.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a dedication to superior customer service with urgency for all customers and the company.
  • Cooperation and Support: Cooperate with the management team and support the decisions made by the Senior Home Office Management.
  • Policy Enforcement: Follow and enforce company policies and directives.
  • Employee Engagement: Remain enthusiastic around all employees, associates, and customers.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard all confidential forms from outside sources and protect company literature, forms, sales techniques, and confidential information.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales reps/installers in accordance with company sales and installation processes.
  • Personnel Responsibilities: Work a minimum of 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and be available to meet with customers as needed. May be required to increase hours worked to fit current business needs.
  • Time Off: Request time off in advance and obtain approval from the Home Office prior to taking time off.
  • Lead Generation: Run a minimum of 12 leads per month and present a minimum of 3 leads to qualify for monthly bonus programs.
  • Reporting: Submit a written report of leads run, detailing results weekly.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum two years' experience in sales, direct B to C sales experience is a plus.
  • Leadership: Minimum 1-year verifiable experience directing a sales team of 5+ or more sales reps.
  • Skills: Strong motivational and leadership qualities, ability to build rapport, morale, and spirit among all sales and support staff.
  • History of Success: History of success and achievement in previous position(s).
