Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this role include handling incoming calls, providing technical support, and offering pre-cruise add-ons. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting user-facing technical issues and escalating them to IT for further assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a hospitality industry or contact center preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CCL's internal systems.
