Ice Machine Technician Role Overview:
Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. is a prominent provider of commercial refrigeration and food service equipment solutions throughout New England. We are currently seeking skilled Field Ice Machine Technicians to enhance our market presence in MA/RI/CT.

As an Ice Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in field operations, concentrating on the maintenance and repair of ice machine systems.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on ice machine equipment.
- Manage travel time effectively, visiting various client locations for service appointments.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely service.
- Utilize your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing ice machine systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED.
- Exhibit self-motivation and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in gas, electric, plumbing, and steam repairs (preferred).
- Possess 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration or ice machine repair.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
