Position Overview
As a key member of the Final Assembly team at Sensata Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our advanced power conversion systems. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate components and subassemblies from various production teams to create fully functional equipment.

Key Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will:
- Interpret engineering documentation to identify and install necessary subassemblies.
- Execute wiring and mechanical tasks in accordance with electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Verify that all units are complete prior to their transition to the testing phase.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in mechanical and electrical assembly is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is competitive, with hourly rates between $20 and $30, based on your experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:

Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-exempt role with a schedule from Monday to Friday. The position is based in a manufacturing environment, where you will be required to use standard personal protective equipment.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- The ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and push/pull items weighing up to 200 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination are essential.
