Position Overview
We invite you to become a part of our team as a Manufacturing Technician I, where you will be tasked with operating your designated role with safety and efficiency to produce high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities may encompass the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of products, or loading of raw materials. This role is available for our Swing shift, operating Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate both automatic and semi-automatic machinery with accuracy.
- Prepare workstations and equipment for production activities.
- Assemble, test, and verify compliance with specifications, with soldering skills considered an asset.
- Conduct electrical and continuity testing on components.
- Distinguish between acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Inspect final products for quality assurance and packaging.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Required Skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Proficient in following instructions in English.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
