Position Overview
As a key member of the assembly team at Sensata Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our advanced power conversion systems. Your responsibilities will include integrating components and ensuring that all parts from various production teams are accurately assembled.
Key Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will:
- Follow technical documentation to identify and install subassemblies.
- Execute wiring and mechanical tasks in accordance with electrical schematics and engineering specifications.
- Verify that units are fully assembled before they proceed to the testing phase.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly is preferred, but we welcome candidates at all experience levels.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $30, depending on your relevant experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday. You will work in a manufacturing environment, utilizing standard personal protective equipment as required.
Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, you should be able to:
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and handle heavier items with assistance.
- Engage in constant movement and use of limbs, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity and coordination.
