Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to emails and phone calls, prepare correspondence, and draft reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and coordinate deliveries to contracted locations across the US.
  • Contract Administration: Gather quotes and documents from contractors for completing work orders.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research assignments and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Travel Coordination: Create schedules for routine office visits to inspect and assess facilities, with some travel expected (over 25%).
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000.
