Job Summary

The Benefits Specialist at Brown & Brown is responsible for explaining benefits and enrolling employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits and the ability to communicate effectively with employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Explain benefits and enroll employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits
* Ensure all benefits, coverage levels, dependents covered, and deductions are reviewed and confirmed by the employee
* Quickly learn Brown & Brown workflows, internal and third-party enrollment platforms
* Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided)
* Retain benefits knowledge
* Attend client-specific training
* Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Enter information accurately into the enrollment program
* Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
* Must have excellent punctuality and attendance
