At Carriage Services, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through innovation and elevated service. As a Benefits Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for benefits programs, aligning with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Administer all aspects of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans.
  • Optimize vendor relationships and ensure efficient delivery of benefits services.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes and regulatory requirements in the Americas region, maintaining compliance with local laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate benefits offerings, educate employees, and address inquiries.
  • Analyze benefits utilization data, trends, and feedback to continuously improve program efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Lead open enrollment processes, including plan design, communication, enrollment, and employee support.
  • Provide direction and support to HR Business Partners and managers on benefits-related matters.
  • Implement communication strategies to promote benefits awareness and engagement among employees.
  • Foster a culture of wellness within the benefits framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Deep understanding of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and standard processes in the Americas region.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships and influence partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record of project management, vendor management, and successful implementation of benefits programs.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, leading multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Compensation: $105k+
