We are in search of a BAS Engineer to join a comprehensive controls contractor recognized as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in intricate projects by developing operational sequences, selecting appropriate hardware, and reviewing construction documents and specifications.

Collaborate with colleagues to explore energy-saving opportunities, adjusting designs as necessary to enhance performance or align with field operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in designing and preparing
HVAC or HVAC controls engineering documentation for large-scale commercial projects, adhering to overall engineering and architectural standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD and possess a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.

Familiarity with control system products is highly desirable (e.g., Alerton, Distech, ALC, Johnson Controls, Siemens, etc.).

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of control systems, including the ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Computer proficiency in MS Office, Windows, file management, AutoCAD, VISIO, and basic TCP/IP networking and web navigation.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Project Managers and fellow engineers regarding plans, specifications, proposals, and to support the design-build process.

Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
