Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for in-market field technicians, focusing on ADAS calibration and diagnostics, tool training, and customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing remote training and support to technicians, leveraging tools like Zoom and Teams to facilitate continuous education and targeted training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training activities and collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support new market launches by providing training and van setup, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for technicians.
  • Facilitate classroom training for new hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
  • 2+ years of experience working as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge of ADAS and electrical services equipment, tooling, and procedures.
  • 2+ years of training experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and exude professionalism in all interactions.
