Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care collaboratively with the patient, the patient's family, and fellow members of the healthcare team.
  • Utilize the Nursing Care Process to deliver safe, family-centered patient care.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants, and others in accordance with the State Administrative Code.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's mission and goals by integrating and embodying initiatives such as Values Based Behavior, and Healthy Work Environment into daily work.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN/BSN or higher)
  • Previous experience in a pediatric-related healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pediatric healthcare nursing experience
Compensation and Benefits
