Work Schedule:

Qualifications Required:
- Experience in caring for infants, medically fragile pediatric patients, or children with special needs is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Nursing students (Associates of Nursing, BSN, or ABSN) with clinical exposure, preferably in their junior or senior year, are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals or home health environments, is necessary.
- Must meet WA state Health Care Worker requirements.
- Possession of a WA state CNA certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Registered Nurses in delivering care to medically fragile infants and toddlers. The role may involve tasks such as:
- Providing regular skin care and bathing assistance.
- Preparing G-tube feedings.
- Setting up equipment for tracheostomy changes.
- Performing cleaning, meal preparation, and other routine household tasks.
We seek candidates who are collaborative team players, eager to learn, and prepared to support Nursing Evolutions Pediatric Critical Care RNs in caring for medically fragile infants, babies, and toddlers, including the ability to work night shifts.
Work Hours:
Shift length: 12 hours
Minimum hours per week: 3 shifts
Schedules are organized monthly in advance.
COVID-19 Precautions:
Covid-19 vaccinations are required, and adherence to state mandates is strictly enforced.
Commute/Relocation:
Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is essential.
Experience:
- CNA experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pediatric caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
