Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our pediatric critical care services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of our pediatric critical care services, including the creation of policies, procedures, and educational programs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of our organization's mission and goals by integrating and embodying initiatives such as Values Based Behavior and Healthy Work Environment into daily work.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN/BSN or higher)
- Previous experience in a pediatric-related healthcare setting
- Current Washington State RN License, or other current state license as required for employment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is mandatory for all positions at the time of hire
- Food Handler's Certification
- Pediatric healthcare nursing experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $42-$60 per hour, with opportunities for annual incentive pay based on performance. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
