Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager I - Virtual Business Banking to join our team at PNC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Utilize virtual communication skills to manage existing clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through the sale of PNC's products and services.
  • Client Engagement and Loyalty: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Product and Service Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships and ensure compliance with PNC's risk management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in business banking or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong virtual communication skills, sales and revenue growth experience, client engagement and loyalty skills, product and service development experience, and risk management skills.
