Compudopt is dedicated to providing technology education and access to under-resourced youth and their communities. As a Program Trainer, you will serve as a trainer for our educational programming for youth and adult learners. This role requires strong instructional skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead training classes for elementary, middle, or high school youth, as well as parents and other adult learners.
  • Deliver programs in line with developed curriculum, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Actively engage with students to foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on curriculum and program revision to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collect classroom information, including attendance and metric reports, to inform program development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy training environment by adhering to organization standards and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in a classroom environment.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Pay Range: $24.53 per hour
