We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our team at Work Right NW. As a key member of our worksite wellness team, you will play a critical role in positively impacting the lives of American workers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Chicago, IL, with a competitive annual salary range of $64,000-$73,000. The successful candidate will work a four-day workweek, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-job care and support to a dedicated team of hard-working industrial athletes
  • Evaluate injury risks using wearable technology and computer vision
  • Schedule preventative/early symptom intervention appointments for both work-related and non-work-related aches and pains
  • Offer general rehabilitation for non-work-related injuries
  • Collaborate with Safety Professionals and/or Ergonomists to develop innovative and forward-thinking programs, initiatives, and changes aimed at improving overall worker health
  • Use data analytics to assess injuries and devise and implement necessary changes
