Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Accounts Manager to lead our patient accounts staff and ensure quality, timeline, and resource goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the patient accounts staff
  • Ensure positive and respectful communication between team members, patients, and coworkers
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members to achieve quality and timeline goals
  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert on billing, EOBs, and benefits
Requirements
  • High Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of substantially similar work experience
  • Prior experience and/or training in supervising and managing others
  • Knowledge in and experience of billing, understanding EOBs and benefits
