The Customer Service Representative at The Boyd Group is a critical role that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences. This position involves managing relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent execution of our WOW plan, scheduling appointments using CCC One, and obtaining necessary repair authorization documentation.
  • Additional duties include preparing RO work packets, recording communication with customers and insurance partners, and confirming car rental information.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role such as administration assistant. Preferred candidates have 1 year of experience in an auto body or similar work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience. Compensation details may be discussed during the hiring process.
