About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Repair Facility Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies, and providing administrative support for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the WOW plan consistently to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule, and proper scripting.
  • Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to ensure smooth vehicle disassembly.
  • Prepare RO work packets containing QC checklists, work orders, parts lists, and windshield tags to facilitate efficient repairs.
  • Document all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes and selecting the appropriate communication type.
  • Verify car rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
  • Manage ARMS to ensure accurate tracking of vehicles.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
  • Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience.

Salary Information

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $16.00-$18.00, based on experience.
