Dining Room Ambassador and Wine Connoisseur

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong passion for people, wine, food, and service. As a Busser-Food Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and interior/exterior of the restaurant. You will also assist in running food and beverages to guests, refilling beverages, and helping other front-of-house team members with assisting guest needs.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and interior/exterior of the restaurant
• Assist in running food and beverages to guests
• Refill beverages and help other front-of-house team members with assisting guest needs
• Clean and reset tables and/or the bar top once guests have left
• Run food in an efficient and safe manner to guest tables
• Prepare carryout bags and run carryout orders to the Tasting Room

• Must represent Cooper's Hawk values
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in a casual dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and team members
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

The estimated salary for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on location and experience. This rate is competitive with industry standards and reflects the value we place on our team members' skills and dedication.
