**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Painter Assistant to join our team at SITE Staffing. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting in painting the campus facilities.
**Essential Job Functions:**
* Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine prepping requirements
* Inspect parts/structures after paint to ensure quality standards are met
* Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications
* Perform basic filling operations to enhance cosmetic appearance
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
* Adhere to factory safety procedures and guidelines
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of manufacturing experience or automotive/aircraft refinishing experience preferred
* Ability to use inspection tools as required
* Must have a working comprehension of the English language
**Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:**
* ASTM F, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z rated safety toe shoes
* Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety rated glasses
* Hearing protection in specific locations
