Patient Services Director

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food service and patient satisfaction at Dupont Hospital. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make a significant impact on our patients' healing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of patient ambassadors to create a positive and productive environment that prioritizes quality service and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with nursing, food service, and other facility staff to provide education on nutritional needs and ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction and nourishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address any issues that may arise and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain the patient ambassador program to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and various software applications.
- Ability to relocate for promotion opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian certification.
