About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brookdale Vernon Hills. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales staff and community in achieving our marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide marketing support services to the sales staff, including coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and utilizing sales processes and systems to track information and compile data.
  • Assist in the coordination of community events, including lead generation and lead advancement events, and maintain and organize RSVP lists for events.
  • Ensure the sales office is stocked with marketing information and move-in packets, and may request and order marketing materials through company systems.
  • Represent the community and increase awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement as directed by the community sales leader.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the lead management system and use it to develop reports, and input sales and marketing activities in a timely manner and according to systems standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • A minimum of one year administrative experience required, preferably in the retirement, hospitality, or medical industry with a proven track record of focus on customer service.
  • Additional education can be substituted for years of experience.
