As a Refugee Services Case Aide, you'll work under the direction of a Case Manager to provide resettlement support services to qualifying refugee clients. Your duties will include coordinating with Case Managers, conducting home safety inspections, and providing transportation for New American services.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in refugee-related casework and community services. You'll also need to be fluent in English and have the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish or Arabic.
