MKS Instruments is in search of a Technical Service Specialist located in the Phoenix area. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer support through on-site installations, as well as managing the diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of intricate equipment and systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing visible customer support through on-site installations and maintenance of complex systems.
  • Evaluating and approving the operational quality of system equipment.
  • Acting as the company representative for customers on both administrative and technical issues related to assigned projects.

What you will contribute to the team:

To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry, or a comparable combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification is preferred.
