Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Nuclear, OEM, ChannelJob Summary:

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Nuclear, OEM, and Channel segments. As a key member of our Energy+ business unit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Nuclear, OEM, and Channel segments.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on OEM, Nuclear, and Channel segments.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the filtration and separation industry, with experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
