Position Overview:
Our esteemed financial client is in search of a Sales Support Specialist with a background in asset leasing. As a Sales Support Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in managing the transactional elements of the structured sales support workflow, from application through to booking. You will be responsible for facilitating the application and contract processes while collaborating with vendor, partner, and dealer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the application and contract processes.
2. Collaborate with vendors, partners, dealers, and sales representatives.
3. Manage the transactional components of the structured sales support workflow from application to booking.
4. Analyze and propose enhancements, particularly within the application to booking process.
5. Oversee and convert outstanding approvals.
6. Provide industry-specific insights.
7. Draft and negotiate end-user contract documentation.
8. Strive to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
9. Review and prepare transactions for timely booking and funding.
10. Monitor and assess the performance of sales and support processes.
11. Address both non-standard and exceptional applications.

Decision-Making Authority:
1. Establish pricing structures.
2. Calculate buy-out values and manage early termination processes.
3. Determine appropriate documentation for contract creation.
4. Escalate continuous improvement matters.
5. Negotiate with customers and vendors as required.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous leasing experience is advantageous.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in reviewing documentation and identifying errors efficiently.
- Familiarity with internal policies, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented individual with a quick learning ability and a business background.
- Experience in reviewing and preparing lease documents and contracts.
- Familiarity with Docusign is a plus.

Job Level:
Beginner (1-3 years)
