Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Operate a computer or tablet to manage customer interactions and data entry.
- Manage customer flow and queuing systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Grade vision test results and enter passing results into the computer system.
- Assist customers at DMV kiosks and take customer photos for driver's licenses.
- Stand for the entire shift, as this position requires prolonged periods of standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Ability to operate a computer or tablet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
