Position Overview:
As a Rehabilitation Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate in creating tailored treatment strategies for patients, ensuring their unique needs and goals are met.

3. Organize and lead diverse rehabilitative activities, encouraging active participation and engagement from patients.
4. Foster a supportive environment by advising patients on appropriate social behaviors and reinforcing positive interactions.
5. Maintain accurate documentation, including monthly and progress reports, to track patient advancements and treatment efficacy.
6. Regularly evaluate patient progress against established treatment objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
1. A minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation services, particularly with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
2. In-depth knowledge of therapeutic assessment principles and rehabilitation methodologies.
3. Familiarity with the legal and ethical standards governing the care of individuals with mental health challenges.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
