Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in rehabilitation services, particularly with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
- In-depth knowledge of therapeutic assessment principles and rehabilitation methodologies.
- Specialized understanding of various mental and physical disabilities and effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and guidelines governing the care and rights of individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into comprehensive treatment plans.
- Strong documentation and assessment skills to monitor patient needs and progress.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Professional Development:
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain CPR and CPI certifications throughout their employment.
