Key Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Take responsibility for the care of patients treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians.
- Assess patient needs and initiate suitable physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to uphold professional standards and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Conduct thorough assessments and timely quality improvement scoring.
- Address patient pain to enhance functional participation in rehabilitation.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans for physical therapy.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
- Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
