Job Title: Office Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic dental practice?

Lina Kim DDS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including accounting, scheduling, and patient registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile accounts
  • Handle administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems
  • Assist in HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing timekeeping
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in accounting or office administration is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
