Dental Receptionist Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at our White Center Dental Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating dental appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dental appointments and manage patient schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Process new patient registrations and verify patient information
- Assist dental providers with front office tasks and maintain a smooth flow of patient care
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type 35-45 wpm and process multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
