Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Director Lead to join our team at OnePeak Medical. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who shares our passion for redefining primary care and providing innovative, integrated health services.

About the Role
  • This leadership position plays a crucial role in driving our mission to provide patients with a unique wellness experience that redefines primary care through innovative, integrated health practices and services.
  • The Medical Director Lead will oversee medical personnel and operations, ensuring risk management and quality of care, while providing strategic input to planning and evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Patient Care Services/Quality and Care Management:
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations from a medical provider perspective.
    • Develop, review, and approve clinical policies and procedures as needed.
    • Assist with escalated patient complaints/care concerns.
  • Management of Performance Goals and Monitor for Improvement/Planning:
    • Annually define and regularly monitor to improve productivity (provider productivity).
    • Define and regularly monitor quality of care goals.
    • Develop policies and procedures for medical staff.
  • Staff Management:
    • Establish measurable performance expectations and provide supervision.
    • Serve as an exemplary model by meeting performance expectations.

Requirements

  • A licensed DO/MD/NP/PA in the State of Oregon.
  • Board Certified in family practice or internal medicine in the State of Oregon.
  • At least five years' experience in primary care delivery and administration.
