About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Services Director to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and recent management experience, with a commitment to patient-focused care.

The Surgical Services Director will oversee the management and leadership of surgical services, ensuring high standards in clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and recent first-line management experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values
  • Leadership and management of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services
  • Accountability for the overall management and leadership of surgical services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Recent first-line management experience
  • 3 years of Clinical experience

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between $58.85 and $94.73 per hour, depending on experience.
