Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager for Business Systems to become a vital part of our team at A-STAFFING, INC.

This role involves managing various dimensions of business systems initiatives, including requirement definition, system testing, implementation, and ongoing support.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Management of all stages of business systems projects, from initial requirements gathering to ongoing maintenance
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific needs
  • Developing and overseeing project plans and financial budgets
  • Leading and inspiring project teams to achieve their objectives
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identifying and managing project risks and obstacles
  • Providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
  • Documenting project methodologies and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as WPF, Windows Form, C#, MS SQL Server, among others
  • Experience in business systems deployment, consulting, and support
  • Proven track record in proposing and implementing business improvement strategies
  • Understanding of accounting principles and software, including QuickBooks or Sage
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Creative thinking with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Interest in advancing as a Software Engineer (candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply)

Essential Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States or possession of a valid work visa
  • Outstanding communication abilities in both English and Japanese

Work Schedule:

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with weekends and holidays off.


Compensation:

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and qualifications.


Probationary Period:

A probation period of 3 months will apply.


Location:

This position is based in Torrance, CA and requires on-site presence.
