Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, with a focus on value-based care principles.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in hospital medicine.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • EMR proficient
  • Ability to work both shifts on a full-time basis
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed Care experience
  • 1+ years' experience
