Physician - Value-Based Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team as a Hospitalist - Value-Based Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our complex Medicare advantage patients.

About the Role:

  • Split your clinical time between inpatient hospitalist work and complex urgent care for seniors, focusing on innovative and alternative care approaches.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, coordinated care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that address the unique needs of our complex patient population.
  • Work closely with our ICU, ER, specialists, and hospice teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in teaching and education as a training site for the Washington State University internal medicine residency program.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • EMR proficiency.
  • Ability to work both shifts on a full-time basis.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Managed Care experience.
  • 1+ years' experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary range of $268,290 to $355,100 per year, based on experience and metric achievement. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
