Key Responsibilities- Welcome Guests upon their arrival and provide them with information regarding wait times.
- Manage the waiting list and input Guest details into the reservation system.
- Escort Guests to their designated tables and ensure a pleasant farewell as they depart.
The ideal candidate will possess strong conversational skills, allowing for natural interactions with Guests without sounding rehearsed. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role includes maintaining cleanliness of menus and glasses, as well as ensuring restrooms are tidy and well-stocked.
Additional DutiesAs part of a dynamic team, the Guest Relations Coordinator may also be required to handle phone inquiries and assist with take-out orders when necessary. Flexibility in availability is essential, particularly during evenings and weekends. Familiarity with reservation systems, such as Open Table, is preferred.
