Family and Partnership Services Liaison

Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Family and Partnership Services Liaison. This position plays a critical role in supporting donor families and hospital staff in maximizing organ and tissue donation opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide emotional support and guidance to families during a difficult time. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and improve organ and tissue donation in assigned hospitals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance to donor families and hospital staff
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance and improve organ and tissue donation
- Collaborating with hospital staff to develop and implement effective request processes
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Preparing and delivering public speaking presentations and educational programs
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three years of experience in healthcare, business development, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
