Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
